We now provide our employees with the most comprehensive and regimented training component in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Basic Training Academy for all new correctional officers reflects our commitment to providing a professional, safe, and secure environment for our employees and the inmate population.
The Training Academy is utilized on a daily basis to provide ongoing training, lectures, and classes to ensure our employees are up to date with all certifications and understand the latest public safety methods and tools. Mandatory annual management and 40-hour training for all employees guarantees our workforce remains elite and prepared.
